Cancelling an order
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once your download has been made available, provided you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout (regulation 37). The checkout asks you to confirm both points before you pay.
If something is wrong with your copy
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your file is damaged, will not open, or is not as described, email office@pfmpublishing.co.uk from the address you used to buy, or use the contact form, and tell us what is wrong. We will replace the file or, where the law requires it, refund you.
If you were charged but received nothing
If payment was taken but your download did not arrive, use the resend page first. If that does not solve it, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
What happens when we refund
- We return the amount to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe.
- The money usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Your download link and video access linked to that order stop working once the refund is made. Please delete your copy of the PDF.
Print edition
The printed edition has been discontinued. If you bought it, you can claim the PDF free.
